The Case of Amber Gram

Artist Amber Gram makes a painting that she believes symbolizes her patriotism of the Union of Cannis, the totalitarian country in which she lives. Unfortunately for her, everyone else who looks at her painting sees a disgusting offense to the state's values, and Amber is placed on trial for heresy and sedition. Can Dr. Ludovico, the court psychoanalyst, solve the mystery of the difference in interpretation before Amber is executed?
