Giant Monster Playset

Little boy Collin Driscoll finds a mysterious present on his front porch. It turns out to be a monster action playset. Collin eagerly plays with the toy monster and miniature town. Later, his older brother Martin discovers to his horror that the toy summons and controls a real giant monster intent on destroying the town. Can Martin stop the monster?
