As a child, Holster McCroy was entrusted by his father in the operation and maintenance of a magic spinning wheel whose continuous motion keeps the world from descending into an apocalyptic chaos. Years later, as a young adult, he is visited by his envious, mischievous sister, Ellie, who is determined to play with the wheel, with unpleasant results.
